Nathan’s Pro-Tip

How do i know if my bike seat is at the right height?

With your foot flat on the pedal, at the bottom of the pedal stroke, you should have approximately a 30 degree bend in your knee – this goes for kids as well to avoid knee pain! Hopefully the sun comes out so biking season can officially start!
