Health + Safety Standard

Your safety and the safety of our staff remains our top priority during these unprecedented times. We are confident that the protocols that we have in place will maintain a safe environment for everyone. We continue to evolve and adapt our measures with the guidelines of our regulatory colleges, the Provincial Health Officer, the BCCDC and WorkSafeBC. You can feel confident that we are taking every precaution to operate safely.

Before your visit

Client Screening

You will receive a notification to complete a COVID screening questionnaire two hours prior to your appointment time. Please complete this questionnaire prior to every appointment to ensure safety requirements are met.

Team Screening

All staff will take a daily COVID-19 screening + declaration to maintain your safety at our facility.

Checking in

Time of Arrival

Please arrive for your session right on time, and not early, to keep any contact or crowding in our waiting areas to a minimum. Consider waiting outside or in your car if you’re comfortable and weather permits.

Social Distancing

For the safest experience possible, please practice social distancing by staying 6ft away from other patients. You may wait in one of the appropriately spaced chairs provided and your therapist will come and collect you for your appointment. 

Upon Arrival at the Clinic

Check in by scanning the QR self check in sign at reception to let your therapist know you have arrived. 

Hand Sanitization

Upon entry, there is a hand sanitizing station. Please sanitize your hands thoroughly before and after your appointment, following the clinic signage.

Dedicated Entry/Exit

When you arrive for your appointment please use the True Physio and Pilates entry only, located around the back of the building.

Face Protection

Please bring a mask and wear it throughout the entire clinic at all times. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you.

After your session

Contactless Payment

At this time, we aren’t accepting cash or debit card payments. We ask that you keep an active credit card on file at all times so our team can settle any payments in a contactless way. A receipt will be emailed to you.

Time to Sanitize

To ensure a safe and clean environment, exercise equipment and one-on-one treatment rooms will be cleaned in between patients following sanitization checklists.

What we’re doing to keep you safe.

Staggered Schedules

To assist with social distancing, we’ve staggered our staff’s scheduled. This will minimize overlap of patients in waiting area.

Limited Occupancy

We’re keeping up to the occupancy limit guidelines for our space, to allow for social distancing as well as limiting the clinical pilates studio to one therapist and one patient only.

Thorough Daily Cleaning

Approved disinfecting cleansers are used for frequent daily cleaning protocols in commonly used areas.

Designated Therapy Areas

There are sectioned regions in gym area as well as private treatment rooms for one-on-one  therapy to keep you feeling safe during your session.

What we ask of you.

Come alone

To reduce the amount of people in the clinic, we kindly ask that you do not bring anyone to your appointment unless absolutely necessary.

Are you sick?

If you do not feel well, please stay home. We will waive any late cancellation fees due to illness during this time. To self-assess yourself, please go here
