Our Physiotherapy-Led Exercise Class is specifically tailored to help you maintain and improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall well-being in a safe and supportive environment. Led by a qualified physiotherapist, these small group sessions are personalized to meet your specific needs. They feature gentle exercises designed to improve balance, flexibility, strength, and posture, while also reducing the risk of falls, enhancing joint health, and empowering you to continue independently on your fitness journey.

By the end of the 8 weeks, you’ll have the tools and confidence to continue exercising independently or move on to Stage 2 of our registered program series.
