Stephanie obtained her Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia. Prior to becoming a registered physiotherapist, Stephanie practiced as a registered kinesiologist, where she built a strong clinical foundation in movement analysis, exercise prescription, and progressive rehabilitation while supporting clients of all ages in achieving meaningful, functional recovery.
Growing up as a competitive dancer and soccer player, Stephanie experienced firsthand the physical demands of sport, as well as the crucial role of injury prevention and rehabilitation. These early experiences fostered a strong appreciation for human movement and the importance of proactive, evidence-based care, ultimately inspiring her to pursue a career in physiotherapy. Born and raised in South Delta, she is proud to serve and give back to the community she calls home.
Stephanie takes a compassionate, client-centered approach to care, emphasizing education, active rehabilitation, and hands-on manual therapy. She values building meaningful connections with her clients and tailors each treatment plan to their individual goals and lifestyle demands. Her goal is for patients to leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and confident in their rehabilitation journey. Stephanie is committed to ongoing professional development and delivers up-to-date, evidence-based care to support optimal recovery and long-term function.
Her clinical interests include concussion rehabilitation, scoliosis management, and neurological rehabilitation. She has experience supporting individuals with neurological conditions across the continuum of care, including both acute and outpatient settings within the public health system, as well as private practice. Her experience includes working with individuals following stroke and those living with Parkinson’s disease, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and ALS.
Outside of the clinic, Stephanie leads an active lifestyle through weight training, running, and pilates. She especially enjoys daily walks along the ocean around Centennial Beach and Boundary Bay. She also pursues her passion for photography and has had the opportunity to photograph weddings, couples, and families throughout British Columbia.
