In her practice, Debbie believes strongly in the application of manual therapy. In conjunction, Debbie utilizes a multi-faceted approach that includes prescribed exercises, client education, and/or needling to help clients achieve their goals and best outcomes. Debbie enjoys helping her clients get back to their pre-injury function, whether that be return to work or doing the day-to-day things that they love. Debbie is fluent in both English and Cantonese.
Outside of her practice, Debbie is a busy mother of two. She also enjoys running, spending time with her family, and recreational sports.
