Michael graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelors of Kinesiology. Michael has achieved his FMS level 1 (Functional Movement Screen) and is a certified Kinesiologst with the BCAK (British Columbia Association of Kinesiology).
Through multiple athletic endeavours such as achieving his second degree black belt, 6 years of crossfit and olympic lifting, Michael has gained a deep hands on knowledge of injuries and how to rehab / prehab and prevent reinjury. Michael has a passion for getting individuals with injuries back to play and a better quality of life.
Michael has personal interest with athletic and sport injuries. Michael has a holistic approach to rehab, focusing on discovering the root cause of the problem to execute the right individual rehab program to alleviate symptoms and correct injury.
Michaels treatment style involved treating the entire body, as he understands everything is connected, there is more than just isolated work to be done.
Michaels Philosophy: A healthy body is a moving body, and that as long as we are moving everyday with no pain, it will help with preventing pain to come in the future
