Exercise therapy is an essential part of any comprehensive treatment plan. Exercise therapy is used as an adjunct to any traditional manual therapy treatment program. Specific, individualized exercises are used to reinforce the patterns of movement to ensure that there is longevity in the changes made in your manual therapy program.
Exercise therapy may be exclusively in the gym under the guidance of your Registered Physiotherapist, depending on which stage of rehabilitation you are in. The exercise therapy program will be directed by your Physiotherapist.
